The Administration Department at the City of Leesburg consists of City Manager, Bob Alexander, Senior Administrative Assistant, Marylen Kennedy, Director of Finance, Cheryl Allison, Accounting Technician, Jill Barron, Office Manager/Clerk of Court, Debra Perry, Senior Administrative Assistant - Utility Services, Robin McDade, and Utility Services Clerk, Erin Martin.

At this time, the City does not offer online bill presentment for Municipal Taxes. However, the tax digest is available each year to search taxes due by last name. Click on the Municipal Taxes link, to the right, to view prior years digests. To view the current year's digest, click on the link below. Taxes may be paid in person at the City Hall, by mail, or online at the payment portal.
